This consultation is for clients interested in booking a 7-8 week loc retwist or Marley twists over locs. In-person consultations are required for the 7-8 week loc retwist so I can assess your hair’s texture. Marley twist consultations can be done via FaceTime or in person. Please note, the cost of the consultation does not go toward your next appointment. During our consultation, we’ll determine if I’m the best stylist to help achieve your hair goals. Consultation is required prior to booking. This appointment is 3 hours long. During your session, locs will be removed as time allows (usually 12), based on the length, thickness, and condition of your locs. Completion is not guaranteed in one session, and most clients require multiple appointments. Please note: I will take three 10-minute breaks during the appointment, which do not affect your 3-hour service time.

Our deep cleaning service is ideal for clients dealing with dandruff build-up or dirt accumulation within the past five weeks. Your hair will be washed with regular shampoo, followed by a scalp scrub to remove any residue. If there’s any unpleasant odor, locs will receive a specialized loc bath for a fresh, clean feel. This treatment is designed to thoroughly cleanse and rejuvenate your scalp and hair. If interested in a retwist or retwist/ style BE SURE to add it on.

This treatment cleanses your locs, removing buildup from products, sweat, dirt, and sand (but not lint). Your locs are soaked in a detox blend of lemon juice, baking soda, vinegar, water, and shampoo. The service lasts 45 minutes to an hour, depending on buildup severity. Deep conditioning treatment included.

This treatment is ideal for dry, itchy scalps. After a thorough wash, I’ll apply a soothing conditioner, then you’ll relax under a dryer for 15 minutes. After rinsing, your hair will be styled (if included in appointment selections). This service can be booked alone.

You must get a retwist with this service, so that we can truly see your length. After drying, I will take out your clips. We will go to the mirror and I will ask you to show me where you want your locs cut. I will cut one loc and ask you to confirm the length. Once confirmed, I will cut the remainder. You must sit up/ stand straight during the entire cut to ensure that the locs are the exact length you would like. Please be confident that you want a cut; I do not reattach locs. Also, be aware that I do not cut layers or bangs. This service is only for loc trimming/ a blunt cut.
